I’ve ordered some sushi for the collection. The staff was very welcoming, I was welcomed by Amna, I’ve asked if I can stay in the cafe to eat, and she said I can stay, offered me some tap water, she was so nice. The atmosphere is marvellous - bright clean space with calming interior and nice quiet music. Will definitely recommend this one!

Absolutely amazing service and staff. Was treated better than some hotel Japanese restaurants. Food was amazing as well. Very consistently good quality and without any of them being average.

I visited SushiCo near Tower Bridge and ordered a platter featuring three of their popular items: Salmon Crunch, Spicy Uramaki, and Kaburi. Altogether, it made for a balanced, visually appealing mix of textures and flavours. The Salmon Crunch was the highlight. The salmon itself tasted fresh, with that clean, buttery quality you only get when the fish has been handled properly. The “crunch” element wasn’t an afterthought either; it added a light, savoury contrast without overwhelming the fish. It’s the kind of roll that works for people who appreciate classic salmon sushi but want something with a bit more personality. The Spicy Uramaki had more kick than I expected, in a good way. A lot of restaurants label something “spicy” and then play it safe, but this one actually delivered heat while keeping the flavour balanced. The spice complemented the rest of the platter rather than competing with it, and the roll held its structure well, which tells me the rice was prepared with care. The Kaburi offered a richer, more indulgent bite. With its torched top and slightly smoky finish, it brought a warm, umami depth that rounded out the cold freshness of the other pieces. It’s the sort of sushi that feels a little luxurious without trying too hard. Service was efficient, the presentation was genuinely beautiful, and the overall quality was higher than I expected for a casual spot in such a busy area. If anything, SushiCo seems to balance accessibility with surprisingly good craftsmanship. In short, if you’re looking for a sushi place near Tower Bridge that offers fresh fish, generous portions, and a nice variety of textures, SushiCo is worth the stop — especially if you order the Salmon Crunch.
